Rosemary is an all-around pleasing aroma in body care formulations like lotion, deodorant, and soaps. Mixed with peppermint oils it can be added to shampoo and conditioner to stimulate the scalp. In facial serums it can help balance oily skin with other oils like neroli and frankincense. Combine rosemary, wintergreen, and camphor to use in massage oil for occasional aches. Rosemary is also emotionally calming for the body. Pair with lavender tea tree for a more relaxing but invigorating blend in the diffuser. Use in the bath or facial steam with other herbal oils that support healthy breathing. If you experience any irritation use carrier oil or cream to further dilute the essential oil, and then wash with soap and water.
